What you get
A preview is one of your listing photos staged in each style you ask for, delivered as a comparison page and as separate images. Every version uses the same photo, the same camera and the same room, so the only thing that changes is the furniture and decor. That makes the comparison fair.

Styles people usually compare
You don't have to use these names. Send two or three photos of rooms you like, or describe the buyer, and we'll suggest the styles to compare.
How to choose
- Pick the style that suits the house first. A 1920s rowhouse and a new townhome rarely want the same furniture.
- Think about the likely buyer, not the seller's own taste.
- Look at the preview on a phone. Most buyers will.
- If two styles are close, pick the one with fewer pieces. Busy staging hides the room.
After you choose
We stage the rest of the listing in the chosen style, using the same pieces where rooms connect so the photos feel like one house. The preview room is redone to match the final set if needed. See virtual staging.
Questions
Can I mix two styles?
Yes. Tell us what you like from each, such as the sofa from one and the rug and art from another, and we'll combine them in the full staging.
Is a preview worth it for a small listing?
For a one-bedroom condo with three rooms to stage, it often isn't. For larger homes, or when several people have to agree, it usually saves a round of changes.
